A High mast is a tall pole with lighting attached to the top pointing towards the ground, usually but not always used to light a highway or recreational field. It is used at sites that require lighting over a large area. It is the type of site lighting fixture mounted over at height. Normally it contains a pole that ranges from 40 to 150 feet pole. The lighting is currently the most efficient and cost-effective way of illuminating large outdoor areas such as highways, railway yards etc.
